How can I make sure that my son doesn't turn into a gay?

My brother's son just announced to the family that he is a gay and in doing so has disgraced our family name. My brother is considering sending his son to a Baptist rehab camp where they pray the gay away or something like that. I have a two year old of my own and I am worried that he might turn into a gay, too. I heard somewhere that it might be genetic. As soon as my husband told me about our nephew I went out and bought my son a shopping cart full of action figures and threw out all of the Disney movies in our house. I know he's only two years old but I want to nip this thing in the bud before it gets out of hand. What more can I do to prevent him from doing something that could potentially destroy his life? Should I homeschool him?
