I just got caught in a HUGE lie...PLEASE HELP?

I am about to cry, I am so busted. So, I told my friend I got a new phone and my friend asked me to send a picture of it so I went online and got a pic of one with a carpet background and sent it via text. Now my friend is teexting me, saying weird things. The first one said "Sneaky". And I responded "You're Sneaky " and I got one that said "Not as sneaky as you"...Its not like I can avoid my friend because and I have sports practice the whole week, and we carpool. Now I am shaking and I dont know what to do. This is a huge lie for me because yesterday my friend said "I got a new phone!" and I said"Me too, I got one on Thursday!" Please help. I am afraid to ask why my friend said "Sneaky" Please help :( I am about to cry. I am really good friends with this person.
