Should I tell my friends that they can't swim after practice?

I swim for my neighborhood swimteam, and my two best friends started doing the swim team a couple years ago because i talked about it so much, and i'm really glad they're on the team, but after practice, they stay and swim at the pool for like 2 hours while they waait for one of their mom's to pick them up to carpool them home because they don't live in the neighborhood- they both live like 15-20 minutes away.. and they're not allowed to swim without paying the guest fee, and also I have to be there for them to swim bc a guest must be accompanying a member.... but it's getting really annoying because I want to go home right after practice somedays when i'm tired or whatever and also they never offer to pay the guest fee and I feel awkward asking them to pay the guest fee every time (even though it's only $3) .... I don't know what to do.
