Sounds to me that you both like each other and are probably both going through the same confusing questions because your behaviours are mirroring each other. Kissing a girl onstage is to show you how he feels because you don't mention him being with her off stage in that way. I say stop wasting more time, just come straight out with how you feel, what have you got to loose and break the ice with him before someone Else gets there before you! Life is short and you will only have this regret in your mind for a long time to come if you didn't try at least once!
