Is Camilla Belle latina or mexican?

i saw her in the movie push but didn't like the movie much and didn't think she was any latina. but then i saw her in the movie 'From Prada to Nada" and her role was of a mexican girl and she spoke some spanish and she kinda does resembles some latin features (i am part mexican) so i just wanted to ask you lovely people and see if she was. i googled and found nothing.
