Help me with this story please.?

So tina, matt, ryan, ian, and rob were at matts house drinking. Everyone had about 15 shots except rob and ian (who are best friends) then matt puts everyone outside in his yard. Matt and ryan are wrestling by the pool and tina ian and rob are sitting in the carpool. Ian says to tina, let's go get more liquor, tina says matt will be mad cuz we had a lot but then agrees and tells ryan privatley to keep matt busy. They run in the house and ian locks the back and front door without tina looking because she trying to find the liquor. Ian then leads her into the room. Matt notices they are gone and has to bust into the house to find ian on top of tina in his parents bed room. Tina is half undressed and ians pants are out. Tina is crying and confused. Tina was so drunk ryan had to help her get her pants up. Was she raped? Now for some background info, tina had some past love with ian. They had a thing. But at the moment was dating matt.
