There are no good jobs in Mexico and South America ?

Many Mexicans and South America do everything they can to immigrate and work in USA. Many of them immigrate illegally. Mexico and countries in South American looks very nice to live, but there are no good jobs there ? Salary is very cheap ? It is better to work in USA than in Mexico and countries in South AMerica ?
